• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: API token consumption, session metadata, and service logs
• Communications: Messages you send to your AI assistant via connected platforms (Telegram, etc.)

• To provide and maintain your AI assistant service
• To process payments and manage your account balance
• To send service-related notifications (balance alerts, outages)
• To improve our service quality and reliability

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure we own and operate. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+, Argon2id password hashing, AES-256 for data at rest). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

5. AI Conversation Privacy

Conversations with your AI assistant are processed through third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) using API keys associated with your account. We do not read, analyze, or store your conversation content beyond what is necessary for service operation. Your conversations are yours.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic/OpenAI: AI model providers (subject to their respective privacy policies)
• Telegram: Message delivery (subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy)

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
